Processing and delivery

Orders from Velloxi ship within 7 days of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking details when it ships.

Delays

If your order cannot ship within the promised window, we will email you with a new date. You can accept the new date or cancel for a full refund — the choice is yours, and not replying never costs you your refund rights.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
